All accidents resulting in injury to any person (not just employees), or damage to any property, must be reported to Stephen Smith and entered into the incident book. If necessary a form F2508 ot F2508A (RIDDOR) must be complete and sent to the H.S.E.
Employees must ensure that their own work is carried out so that accidents and ill health to themselves or others are avoided. They must also co-operate with the company to ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the regulations, and must to misuse or interfere with anything provided for Health and Safety.
SRK Eletrical Ltd have not had any accidents throughout the company history which have been reportable under RIDDOR.
We have not had any notices served and legal proceedings have not been taken against SRK Electrical Ltd regarding Health and Safety issues.
